We keep this short because there isn’t much to say.
What this site actually does
We checked the code behind this website before writing this page, rather than assume. As things stand, this site:
- does not set any cookies;
- does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tool;
- does not use any third-party tracking script of any kind.
The only script this site loads is its own, hosted on our own domain, and it’s used purely to run visual effects on the page (things like the card-tilt animation you may notice on some sections) — it doesn’t track you, doesn’t store anything on your device, and doesn’t send information anywhere.
So, in plain terms: no cookie banner is shown on this site, because there is currently nothing here that needs your consent under the cookie rules.
A banner asking you to accept cookies that don’t exist would be misleading, not helpful.
If that changes
If we ever add analytics, advertising tools, or anything else that sets a cookie or stores information on your device, we will update this page first, and add a proper cookie banner and consent mechanism at that point, in line with the rules that apply to that kind of technology (in the UK, these are set out in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, alongside UK GDPR). Nothing like that is running today.
